Dance to your own singing and freeze when the sound stops.
Add slow, fast, high and low movement cues.
Anticipation, stopping and restarting with control.
Use gentle actions that match the child's existing mobility on a clear dry level floor. Crawlers stay floor-level; only steady walkers dance standing. Use no jumping, spinning or sudden forced stops; stay within arm's reach and stop before fatigue.
